You will assist with the successful training and professional development of the NB&C department's approximately 30 analysts and attorneys, as well as relevant firm-wide conflicts training. Responsibilities: Conflicts Resolution and Intake Documentation Support: Assist with the resolution of systemic, strategic, or otherwise complicated ethical and business conflicts including privileged discussions with and advice to the Office of General Counsel, partners, associates, and staff on conflict issues and resolution. Monitor industry standards for new business and conflicts best practices and make recommendations to integrate such best practices as appropriate. NB&C and Firmwide Training: Oversee training of NB&C staff including managers, intake analysts, lateral analysts, and Risk & Compliance Counsel (RCC) to ensure that resources, trainings, and systems are aligned with the Firm's goals and objectives, including an emphasis on fostering a team-oriented environment focused on the highest level of client service. NB&C Onboarding and Professional Development: Develop and implement onboarding and integration program for new NB&C staff.
