Day-to-day duties entail a wide variety of responsibilities and skills, including administrative, client service, and advisor support. The ideal candidate is detail oriented with proven organizational skills, able to self-manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks; can embrace technology and the efficiencies it allows and a driven self-learner who is always looking to improve processes. Responsibilities:Receive and route phone calls to appropriate parties or take messages.Deliver exceptional client service and serve as a liaison between advisor and clients.Proactive follow-up with clients to confirm account updates, paperwork, and check receipts.Collect appropriate documentation to support the new client onboarding and billing process and ongoing delivery of wealth management services.Review daily tasks and alerts and process accordingly.Follow up with clients as necessary to make sure all paperwork is received.Document all communication & interactions with clients in CRM in a timely manner.Handle miscellaneous administrative and operational activities (e.g. print, scan, fax documents; filing; mailing).Provide support on special projects, as needed.Qualifications:2-4 years in client service preferred.Higher education required.Personable, responsive, engaging. Adept at self-management and problem solving.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong computer skills; high degree of proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook.
