Requirements

Job Title: Client Partner

Location: New Jersey/ New York (Hybrid)

Role Description:

Our client is seeking dynamic Sales professionals to drive its growth in the US. This role is a key part of the Sales team in the US and will be responsible for creating and execute Sales strategies to expand and radiate into new lines of businesses within existing accounts.

It's a unique opportunity to be a part of the Sales team that is looking at redefining IT services growth strategies. This role will work closely with the top leadership team of Sonata.

What will you do:
•The role will be part of the account sales team for a strategic account. The digital client partner will be responsible for new business development and growing existing customer relationships within an existing account.
•Develop strong, trusted, and advisory relationships with Director and Program level stakeholders, with Business and IT within a trusted customer account.
•Execute on Sonata's existing account growth strategy.
•Sell company's portfolio of services (Upsell and Cross sell) - Digital transformation, Data and AI, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure management services, and Digital Marketing.

Ideal experience:
•5-10 years of IT services account management experience
•Track record of building relationships and growing existing accounts through multi-prong account strategy
•Identify, develop, nurture, and grow existing and new relationships.
•Cross selling and upselling multiple service lines and capabilities.
•Digital technology experience is a plus.
•Creating, communicating, and executing strategic account plans incorporating account marketing.
•Experience of working in a global multi-cultural delivery model organization.
