Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent
Design and oversee total rewards programs to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
Lead and manage a team, providing supervision, guidance, and support in daily operations.
Coordinate and execute various projects related to HR initiatives, utilizing effective project management methodologies.
Employee Relations- this person will help mentor the team in how to deal with those issues
Strong focus on DE&I
Must Haves:
Bachelors or equivalent years of relevant work experience
Strong a building relationships with many different levels and backgrounds
7 years of HR experience
3+ years of management experience
HRIS experience
Nice to Haves:
