Employee Relations- this person will help mentor the team in how to deal with those issues Strong focus on DE&I Must Haves: Bachelors or equivalent years of relevant work experience Strong a building relationships with many different levels and backgrounds 7 years of HR experience 3+ years of management experience HRIS experience Nice to Haves: Union experience Nonprofit background Soft Skills: Organized Goal oriented Relationship driven Thrives in a fast paced high impact organization Demonstrate excellent writing and communication skills Innovative Collaborative Agile and strong change agent who seeks opportunities for improvement Results oriented Schedule/In Office Policy:
