More and more people are turning to No-Code to build the software they need. Since our launch in 2021, we have helped over 50,000 users build their backend using Xano. To date (Dec 2023), all our growth has been organic/word-of-mouth, and weve been fortunate that our growth has been steady. As we look at our goals in the next 24 months, we need an individual who can develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for the organization.
Who were looking for:
Were looking for a data-driven Content Marketing Manager who is continuously improving and refining strategy based on results and key inputs across the organization. This individual has a proven track record in building and leading content strategies across various products, industries, and channels. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective GTM strategies, ensuring the success of product launches, marketing campaigns, and partner expansion initiatives. The Content Marketing Manager will also work closely with the broader marketing team to establish Xano as a thought leader in the No-Code development space.
What youll be doing:
Develop an intimate knowledge of who our customers are for Product Positioning:

Spend time with customers so that you can truly understand their businesses, jobs to be done, software development stack, and workflows. Empathize with the problems they experience and what motivates them.
Design a full content strategy across the Xano website, blog, and social channels:

Use your skills and prior experience to design a full content strategy across the Xano website, blog, and social channels for blogs, eBooks, case studies, white papers, webinars, PR/AR, syndicated content, and more.
Consistently deliver against quarterly lead generation goals to drive awareness:

Establish market perception and increase lead conversion through the Xano website, content syndication, digital marketing, and events.
Assist in supporting content needs for Xano:

Create content for events, webinars, conferences, customer references, and case studies.
Lead content planning and development of content:

Collaborate with our Digital Growth Marketer and Product teams to create and maintain a content calendar.
Implement and manage a content-tracking system:

Help us to be as objective as possible with content performance
Establish Xano as a No-Code Backend thought leader:

Collaborate with the marketing, Developer Advocacy, Sales, and Customer Success teams
Research, outline, write, and edit content:

Possess excellent writing, editing, and copywriting skills
Has experience building and executing content strategies across personas:

Has a breadth of experience creating content strategies for SMB and enterprise personas, ideally in the SaaS space
Demonstrated ability to research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content:

Prior experience or aptitude for learning programming concepts and a technical product.

You're a detail-oriented project manager who not only builds the strategy for projects such as product launches and content initiatives but also works across the organization to get it done.
Have a customer-first mentality:

Have a solid understanding of how to empathize with the customer, understand their pain, and sell them Xano as a solution if it can truly help them.
Enthusiastic and Team-oriented:

Exhibits passion and excitement over work. Has a can-do attitude. Also can work with a small team and work collaboratively to come up with thoughtful solutions.
