Overview


We are seeking a talented SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about all things related to search engine optimization and have a proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving valuable traffic to websites. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, and analyzing performance metrics to continuously improve our SEO efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.

· Manage Google My Business listings and other directories.

· Conduct keyword research analysis and content optimization to ensure maximum relevance and effectiveness and to identify new opportunities for content optimization.

· Drive on-site lead conversation rate.

· Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.

· Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, site structure and content to improve search engine rankings.

· Identify SEO opportunities and recommend site enhancements to improve user experience and search engine visibility.

· Manage and optimize off-page factors such as backlink profiles and domain authority.

· Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and other team members to implement SEO best practices across all websites; including working with agencies on development and implementation of strategies across websites.

· Will develop keyword/content strategy and at times will have to produce that content when needed as well as work with partners to produce content.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms.

· Provide regular reporting and analysis of SEO performance, including traffic, rankings, and conversions.

· Keep abreast of industry developments and search engine updates to ensure compliance with best practices and guidelines.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.

· 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.

· In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.

· Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.

· Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.

· Experienced with WordPress.

· Experience with HTML, CSS, and website development is a plus.

· Certifications such as Google Analytics or Google AdWords are a plus.
