You are someone who possesses the following experience and credentials:
Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Energy or business-related major;
Understanding of the North America power industry;
Knowledge of energy commodity markets is highly desirable;
Ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, innovation and change management;
Effective collaboration and communication skills;
Project management skills;
Ability to influence and conduct change;
Proven process design and optimization experience;
Strong drive to improve processes and systems alongside good IT skills (Excel/VBA/Python/Power BI/Alteryx).

Activités:
Your missions as an Operational Risk Analyst include:
Apply the operational risk policy and contribute to improve it;
Analyse risk events and perform forensic and root cause analysis;
Assist in the development and evaluation of structured power agreements, power purchase contracts (PPAs), and related documents;
Contribute insights to the development of structured power deals and contract performance;
Assess the risks and opportunities associated with different deal structures;
Provide process mapping and optimisation support to the organisation;
Evaluate processes efficiency, propose, and assist teams in implementation of improvement projects through process mining;
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans for improvements projects;
Assess the impact of changes on stakeholders and develop plans to mitigate any side effects;
Monitor and measure the success of change initiatives, and identify areas for improvement;
Assist and contribute to accelerate people awareness, processes, and systems improvements with the aim of streamlining trade lifecycle events.
DIMENSIONS:
Promote a culture of speaking up, transparency and risk management within the organisation;
Lead the business teams in designing and optimising processes;
Collaborate with all departments and locations of the organisation.
PURPOSES:
Responsible for the reporting and analysis of operational events affecting the business;

Contribute to making the trading operations more efficient and resilient by analysing and fixing operational issues.
