**Cashier**. Well expect you to go above and beyond as you handle a variety of responsibilities that include:

* Interacting with, and getting to know our customers

* Scanning items quickly and correctly

* Operating the register or monitor self-checkout accepting various forms of payment

* Verifying customer identification for liquor and tobacco purchases

* Bagging customers items with care

* Observing and reporting shoplifters

****What you need to succeed****

* Basic computer and math skills

* Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays

* Prompt and regular attendance based on your schedule

* Adherence to our dress code, appearance and personal hygiene standards

* May be cross-trained in other departments

****Physical Requirements****

* Lifting & Carrying - Up to 40 lbs. occasionally & up to 10 lbs. frequently

* Pushing & Pulling- Up to 30 lbs. force occasionally

* Occasional - Sit, kneel, stoop, squat, & overhead reach

* Frequent - Head turn, trunk bend, side reach, grasp, power grip, pinch, finger manipulation, & feel

* Constant - Stand, handling, & forward reach
