Description:

This position interfaces with Client customers, field sales and support management, corporate account managers, product group and corporate sales management. Principle responsibilities include on-site source for all repair needs, consulting services, report management, installed base evaluations, renewal parts sales, RepairPlus sales, electronic repair sales, and qualifying GTS sales leads. The incumbent is Client for the customer.

  • Responsible for the definition, justification and implementation of the clients' requirements.
  • Provides consultative, transactional, and analytical services to the client. This includes, but is not limited to, gathering relevant product data and creating metrics reports and databases that would aid in project status reports.
  • Must be a self-starter, independent thinker, and able to self-manage time and constraints.
  • Make presentations to potential and existing clients and management defining opportunities and financial impacts on the business.
  • Provides competent, professional representation of the Asset Management products and services to the client.
  • Coordinates and communicates Asset Management commercial activities with the client organization. Acts as embedded Asset Management specialist to client for the duration of the client contract.
  • Negotiates service contracts, under set pricing guidelines, for services on long- and short-term contracts ensuring appropriate and favorable terms and conditions for Client.
  • Creates a competitive advantage for Client by providing consulting services to current and potential customer (s) that look for opportunities in the Repair Parts, Repair Plus, Electronic Repair Sales, and all Asset Management products.
  • Customer account management or project management experience is required. Marketing, sales, accounting, or logistics experience is preferred.

Day to day duties :

This position interfaces with customers engineering, maintenance and storeroom operations and the general employee population. The position entails Strong Computer Capabilities, Thorough Inventory Management Knowledge, Excellent Customer Service Skills and Strong Communication Skills. The Position will manage the component repair program and be leveraged to fulfill emergency expedite services, search for missing cores and assist in Reliability and Problem-Solving Activities.
