Good verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated understanding of revenue cycle and the front-end contribution to the billing and collection efforts. Ability to work with a diverse staff and patient/family population, strong customer service skills, demonstrating tact and sensitivity in stressful situations. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and other medical office software. Basic medical terminology.
