Human Resources Coordinator

Administers various functional human resources plans, procedures and processes as well as assist in the implementation of personnel policies and procedures.Coordinates on boarding process for assigned client group to include and initiation and processing of personnel changes in a timely fashion within the human resources information system (HRIS), conducting new employee orientation, and creating personnel files.Assist assigned client group with employee relation issues to include investigations and performance documentation.
