Assistant District Manager: Long Island Beach Bum Tanning is the leader in the Tanning & Spa Industry with a fast-growing chain in New York, New Jersey, CT, Virginia and West Virginia. We are looking for outgoing, energetic, positive sales people to represent our brand, provide our clients with exceptional customer service. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated to achieve customer client-based goals and lead our staff to their full potential. Salary: $60,000.00 per year Description: 1. Personnel – The ADM is responsible for all aspects of personnel within their region. This includes staffing, training, communications, corrective actions, and any administration required to fulfill personnel needs. 2. Customer Service – Exemplary customer experience should be the ADM’s focus and priority. Our goal is to ensure every customer has a positive experience. The ADM is responsible for creating a successful customer service structure within each location and ensure all parties involved with assisting guests follow proper communication when addressing customer needs. Position Requirements

Job Requirements: * Supervise all Salon Managers within the assigned district. * Ensure all locations open and close at designated times. * Create work schedules for assigned salons that do not have a Salon Manager. * Conduct a Monthly Quality Service Assessment at each Salon. * Conduct an inventory audit at each location you visit. * Be prepared to ensure coverage for any unattended shifts. * Responsible for human resources practices including legal compliance and internal processes. * Ensure adherence of employees to all Zoom Tan policies and procedures in your district. * Ability to work all shifts

Experience Required:

* Prior multi-store retail or tanning experience preferred. * Minimum of 2-3 years progressive management experience preferred. * Proven problem analysis and problem resolution skills. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables. * Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
