RAB Lighting, an established leader in the LED lighting industry, is currently seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Mt. Prospect, IL facility. This highly visible position requires strong warehousing and organizational skills with the responsibility to make decisions that directly impact site performance. A hands-on approach will be critical to success, as you work to exceed our customer expectations in quality, delivery, and service in a safe and secure work environment. Core Competencies Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff. Strong organizational and problem solving abilities Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of safety standards and warehouse regulations Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Ability to lift and move objects, up to 50 pounds Experience in budgeting and cost control Primary Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all warehouse operations Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment Ensure accurate inventory control and conduct regular audits to maintain stock accuracy Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to maximize efficiency. Monitor and report on key performance indicators(KPIs) to drive continuous improvement Develop, implement and maintain standard operating procedures. Address and resolve any operations issues or discrepancies in a timely manner Maintain compliance with company and regulatory policies. Ed

uca tion: High school graduate, bachelors degree preferred. Experience Minimum of 5 years warehouse experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory capacity. Compensation RAB offers competitive salaries commensurate with experience.
