MVP Recruitment is assisting a well-respected non-profit Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center with the hiring of its next Director of Nursing. This incredible facility is around 100 beds and offers a variety of clinical programs including Sub-Acute, Long-term Care, and Memory Care.
The Director of Nursing will provide support and leadership to a great team of nurses and managers which includes Unit Managers and a very experienced Assistant Director of Nurses who has been with the organization for over 20 years

The ideal candidate will be:
RN with proven Director of Nursing experience in the Long-term Care industry.
An expert in the DPH survey process.
An engaging leader with a positive approach.
