Job Description

Essential Functions of the position are detailed below and include any physical requirements checked below:

1. Provides clerical and grant writing support to the Lake County Community Casework Department program.
2. Responsible for overall grant/foundation application process to ensure complete and accurate submission of proposals, monitoring and reporting.
3. Provides a broad range of research and supportive services for department staff and supervisors.
4. Regularly attends assigned meetings and participates in outside meetings as assigned.
5. Assists department director with creating and updating department/program brochures and ensures an adequate supply is maintained in an efficient and orderly manner.
6. Handles a wide array of administrative tasks to ensure compliance with agency/programmatic policies and procedures, professional standards, external requirements of all relevant regulatory, licensing or accrediting bodies in the course of performing job expectations.
7. Responsible for maintaining, updating and submitting routine and ad-hoc reports, as necessary.
8. Maintains up-to-date and accurate files and databases, as required by agency/programmatic policies and procedures, professional standards, and external requirements of all relevant regulatory, licensing or accrediting bodies in the course of performing job expectations.
9. Completes all required documentation in accordance with agency/programmatic policies and procedures, professional standards, and external requirements of all relevant regulatory, licensing or accrediting bodies;
