Are you a detailed Systems Analyst that has worked with EDI systems and done EDI mapping for various transactions? Looking for a great, full time position in the Roswell, Alpharetta, Johns Creek area where you can learn and grow with the company? We are hiring an EDI Systems Analyst, who will partner with leaders and business users in the Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations and Customer Service departments of our Alpharetta based company. You will provide a balance of operational support and project / implementation work for our EDI applications, as well as assist with our Salesforce.com implementation - we will train you You will work with various business users to gather requirements, prioritize work effort and manage projects focused on marketing, lead generation, sales force automation, and quote-to-order processes. In this role, you will perform IT support operations including troubleshooting system issues, analyzing, designing and implementing system changes. Again, the main applications and systems you will be working with are EDI mapping applications and Salesforce.com.

As a Systems Analyst, you will oversee all technical activities required to support the Sales & Marketing systems within our company. These activities will include:

  • Monitoring and maintaining EDI transaction processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving EDI transaction issues related to Purchase orders(PO'S), Purchase order acknowledgements, Advanced shipping notices(ASN'S) and Invoices
  • Performing analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of EDI enhancements.
  • Supporting all EDI transactions in mapping, testing and integration testing with EDI partners.
  • Assisting in the design and implementation of EDI-related enhancements and improvements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and document EDI requirements.
For this opportunity, you should have experience with many of the following types of IT work such as: performing needs analysis, eliciting requirements, defining business cases, and documenting business processes including flow and process diagramming.

To be considered qualified for this Systems Analyst role, you must have knowledge and experience of the following:
  • A strong background in EDI mapping particularly related to sales transactions in a manufacturing and distribution environment. Purchase orders(PO'S), Purchase order acknowledgements, Advanced shipping notices(ASN'S) and Invoices.
  • A plus would be if you have worked with Salesforce in the past but if not, we will train you.
  • Excellent attention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills.
