We are hiring a Junior EDI Systems Analyst, who will partner with leaders and business users in the Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations and Customer Service departments of our Alpharetta based company. We are looking for someone with 2-4 years of experience and our salary range is $75,000 to $85,000 plus benefits.


In this role, you will provide a balance of operational support and project / implementation work for our EDI applications, as well as assist with our Salesforce.com implementation - we will train you You will work with various business users to gather requirements, prioritize work effort and manage projects focused on marketing, lead generation, sales force automation, and quote-to-order processes. In this role, you will perform IT support operations including troubleshooting system issues, analyzing, designing and implementing system changes. Again, the main applications and systems you will be working with are EDI mapping applications and Salesforce.com.

This role will involve the following responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and maintaining EDI transaction processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving EDI transaction issues related to Purchase orders(PO'S), Purchase order acknowledgements, Advanced shipping notices(ASN'S) and Invoices
  • Performing analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of EDI enhancements.
  • Supporting all EDI transactions in mapping, testing and integration testing with EDI partners.
  • Assisting in the design and implementation of EDI-related enhancements and improvements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and document EDI requirements.

To be considered qualified for this Systems Analyst role, you must have knowledge and experience of the following:

  • 2-4 years of experience in EDI mapping. particularly related to sales transactions in a manufacturing and distribution environment. Purchase orders(PO'S), Purchase order acknowledgements, Advanced shipping notices(ASN'S) and Invoices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills.
