Position Summary
The Senior HR Systems Analyst- Workday administers, develops, and maintains HR systems for the organization. Configures systems to meet ongoing business needs, including compensation, compliance, performance management, payroll, and workforce analytics.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
- Consults with the organization on system processes, efficiencies, and usability.
- Configures and implements business process upgrades and systems enhancements, including ensuring overall system performance is aligned with business objectives.
- Works with internal stakeholders to gather and define system requirements, provide recommendations, document changes, and implement solutions.
- Prepares and edits reports and user-friendly dashboards to make proactive and solution-driven business recommendations.
- Creates, reviews, and participates in scheduled functional testing for system fixes, upgrades, patches, and maintenance.
- Owns security access and functionalities in assigned systems.
- Guides and teaches business users on system functionality to achieve maximum value and output.
- Partners with IT to understand and prepare for integrations, migrations, uploads, and upgrades.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
- 3+ years of HR systems experience.
- Prior Workday functional configuration experience.
