Observes cost containment practices.Patient Care/Experience: Incorporates and assists personnel with assimilating evidence-based practices into patient care. Verifies that the personnel provide safe patient care in the area managed. Assists in updating policies and procedures. Maintains a good and cooperative working relationship with physicians, departments, and staff. Always maintains and ensures patient confidentiality.Employee Engagement/Management: Supervises and evaluates staff work performance in terms of patient care, staff relations, and efficiency of service. Supervises daily and monthly staffing and supports accurate timekeeping policies. Evaluates new employees through probationary performance review for permanent status.
