Job Overview:


As a Clinical Training Manager for our SiteSeal Vascular Closure Device, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of SiteSeal within the cath lab environment. Your primary responsibility will be to educate and train medical professionals, including nurses and physicians, on the proper techniques and procedures for utilizing the Siteseal Vascular Closure Device.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Training Program Development: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to various levels of medical personnel within cath lab environments.


  • Clinical Education: Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions for cath lab staff, including nurses, interventional cardiologists, and radiologists, to instruct them on correctly using the Siteseal Vascular Closure Device.


  • Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the Siteseal Vascular Closure Device, including its features, benefits, and applications, to effectively convey this knowledge during training sessions.


  • Hands-On Training: Provide hands-on training and support during procedures to ensure proper device usage and troubleshoot any issues.


  • Assessment and Feedback: Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance their proficiency in using the device safely and efficiently.


  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendee progress, and feedback for compliance and reporting purposes.


  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and advancements in vascular closure technology to continually enhance training programs.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field. A nursing or clinical background is highly preferred.
  • Relevant experience in clinical training or education within the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cath lab procedures and vascular closure techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Flexibility to travel to various healthcare facilities for on-site training sessions.
