For more on Coldstream, please visit www.coldstream.com.Specific responsibilities include:Exceptional Service: Going above and beyond to anticipate client needs, address concerns, and resolve issues quickly.Serving as a liaison between clients and custodians/investment managers,Managing client informationHandling all cashiering and money movement requestsClient Meetings: Scheduling and organizing client meetings and proactively preparing meeting materials in advanceClient Onboarding: Facilitating the new client onboarding process:Opening brokerage accounts, establishing cashiering needs, setting up online reporting accessUpdating cost basis, tracking required minimum distributions, reconciling account informationSending and receiving documents to clients, their advisors, and investment custodiansDocumentation Excellence: Maintaining accurate client records and managing documentation with a keen eye for detail. Entering and maintaining client data and activity notes in our CRM systemExperience and SkillsWe are looking for a candidate who has:Client service experience in an office environment (financial services experience is a plus) and the desire to work in a team-oriented, small-company environmentA Bachelor's degree (finance or related focus is preferred)Interest in building a career in the wealth management industryProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Tamarac portfolio management (or similar systems) is a plusExcellent communication skills, including writing business correspondence with proper grammar and punctuationStrong organizational skills and the ability to follow established processes consistentlyStrong prioritization skills and the ability to manage tasks independentlyExcellent reliability (the team's hours are 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday)Job BenefitsWhy Coldstream?Career Development: We invest in your future with abundant opportunities for professional growth and have multiple career paths to choose from.Collaborative Culture: Our team members describe our culture as engaging, flexible, supportive, positive, caring, and fun.
