Position Summary: Work with BARE’s Client Services, Business Development, and Operational Teams to support client program setup and existing program updates, including tasks related to survey questionnaires, project briefings, client user access, location details, and reporting dashboards. Essential Duties: Participate in client discovery calls and engage in client communication. Create and maintain industry-specific sample questionnaires (to be completed by Independent Contractor Evaluators). Test and validate questionnaires prior to project launch; make modifications according to stakeholder feedback. Assist in data entry of survey questionnaires into dedicated Customer Experience (CX) platforms (e.g. APOLLO, Prism, Presto, RMX, etc.). Assist in creating and maintaining client demonstration views via various CX platforms. Assist in creating and updating project briefings and evaluator guidelines. Facilitate and assist in client handovers to the Operations Department. Collaborate with various internal departments (e.g. Business Development, Operations, Data Quality, Business Intelligence, Marketing, etc.) on client-related needs and expectations. Provide weekly status updates to internal and external stakeholders on program build progress. Join and contribute to team meetings. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Educational & Technical Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or some college education preferred; alternatively, work experience equivalent accepted. Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a deadline-driven work environment. Customer Experience (CX) Research or Mystery Shop Industry experience preferred. Demonstrated excellent proficiency in Microsoft365 Suite, advanced Excel knowledge preferred. Excellent command of written and spoken English. Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices. Experience with form builds and/or RuleZ in APOLLO, Prism, and/or RMX strongly preferred. Minimum Competency Qualifications: Proven history of communicating in a professional and detailed manner; demonstrated success in conveying written facts using language and examples the reader will best understand. Desire to quickly learn and effectively communicate BARE’s services and offerings. Knowledge and understanding of various industries and related shop types. Proven ability to pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy. History of taking an action-oriented and results-focused approach to responsibilities and objectives; able to anticipate needs and take initiative. Exceptional ability to manage time and priorities effectively according to deadlines; demonstrated success in delivering results in a tight timeline. History of effectively partnering and communicating with colleagues, partners, customers, and potential clients in all levels of an organization. Ability to ask for help and clarification when needed; history of accepting and incorporating feedback. Success in working independently while simultaneously ensuring quality deliverables are met. Ability to use discretion when working with multiple clients and handling sensitive data and materials.
