Based in our Corporate offices and reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”), the Financial Analyst will provide detailed financial and operational analysis and reports to the CFO and CRO. The Financial Analyst will prepare commission reports, monitor our referral lead program and perform other analysis as necessary.

Position Responsibilities And Description

Work closely with the Company’s accounting and sales management team to support commissions and referral marketing analytics and reporting Lead the preparation of monthly sales analysis for internal and external stakeholders Report results in periodic dashboards and reports Analyze, review and challenge business units’ forecast assumptions and results Monitor business performance against KPIs and strategic plans Assist in evaluating and supporting organic growth strategies Ad hoc reports as needed

Prerequisites

3-7 years of relevant experience in sales or comparable analytics Solid financial acumen - e.g., forecasting, variance analysis, report and analytical analysis of revenue/expense or such financial trends Clear communication both verbally and via presentation materials Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint; experience with analytic tools such as Excel and Power BI

The FP&A Analyst will implement and manage their responsibilities while being aware of the Company’s culture and core values of success. The ideal candidate has relevant experience and excellent attention to detail, is degreed or has relevant experience.
