Summary The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the sales and marketing requests daily. This role will support the Brand Manager in the execution of Marketing programs and new product initiatives. The coordinator will manage the day-to-day operations, pertaining to digital marketing and consumer activation programs. Will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure error-free and on-time execution for google ads, social media, content creation, copy writing, websites analysis and project support. This role will also contribute to reporting on program performances and assist with deployment of content. This function will require design skills, due to involvement in presentations for customers, marketing sales materials and much more. Responsibilities * Assist with project tracking and digital asset management. * Manage the day-to-day activity and deployment of content of the Google Ads, Print, Digital, TV, YouTube, Radio, In Store and other touch points of communication. * Manage the daily communication with on-line and off-line agencies for content deployment. * Assist with website content. * Coordinate activities related to Brand activations in stores, trade and consumer events, samples, and media activations. * Conduct competitive and trends analysis as instructed. * Manage and maintain the Marketing Media Tracker. * Manage and maintain the Marketing Brand Library of Content Folders (photography, video, copy, etc). * Coordinate sample kits for sales and marketing purposes. * Assist with the coordination of marketing materials prepared for media partners and deployment of marketing calendar. * Help with marketing presentations and collateral creation. * Maintain web content and updates. Including intranet post and consumer web. * Assist with sales request tracking. * Assist the marketing managers with Sales and Marketing Toolkits. * Responsible for organizing creatives and Brand Folders are with proper organization, naming convention and up to date of files. * Manage the sales app updates RANGE ME and others. * Assist with sales presentations for retail sales meetings/line reviews/road shows/innovation/ others. * Assist Marketing Manager with content creation to support the Brand Marketing programs: Photoshoot, Video Shoots, others. * Assist with Podcast stories research and coordination of programming. Qualifications and Skills * 2+ years' experience in business administrative support, digital marketing, trade events, project management * MUST be a strong, self-started adept at independent problem-solving. * Ability to multi-task and be flexible in a fast-paced and changing environment. * Graphic design skills a plus * Effective time management skills * Ability to interact and effectively communicate with senior management, shareholders, customers, and external media. * Photography skills * Working knowledge of multiple social media platforms * Copy / Edit skills. * Attention to details. * Proficient in PowerPoint/Excel/Word Documents. * Running digital ad campaigns in social media platforms, Google, and YouTube * Photoshop, Adobe Creator. * Video Edit skills a plus Education: * Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred; a combination of education and/or experience in lieu of degree.
