Job Description

To support the structural change in the Commercial Team and implement a holistic governance for the entire sales cycle; starting from lead generation until completing implementation process, with visibility, KPI’s and early escalation processes we need a Sales Support Manager supported with two Sales Analysts for North Amercia and Europe.

Major/Key Accountabilities

Will validate and if necessary, negotiate the cost to serve with internal parties Generate new business opportunities – Contact prospects from the office via e-mail or phone. Populate the sales pipeline. Initial contact for potential customers to clarify equipment needs. Evaluate the size, value and timing of the opportunity. Support for the Sales Field Team as required Prepare presentations, offers and contract drafts for the Commercial team Prepare client contracts and follow up signature process Manage Credit Check for new clients Manage a smooth handover to customer service Manage Client Database, set up of client accounts, Blue and Gold sheet governance, and compliance Regular reporting of the field activity for management Ensure the use of Salesforce in an adequate way Supports the creation and validation of the Commercial Budget and Forecasts. Supports field team in the reception & treatment of customer data Supports and manages the field workflow to the appropriated area, via Salesforce Support improving the sales effectiveness of the field teams by analyzing the field activity and creating reports out of the mass information using tool s such as PowerBi and Salesforce Ensure the Field Sales Team is fully equipped with sales materials like brochures, presentations, promotional items. 1-2 years’ experience in fast paced environment with commercial experience, financial measures and KPIs, strong experience in Supply Chain / Auto international organization is desirable. Worked with financial measures and KPIs desirable. First Salesforce knowhow desirable Skills and Knowledge

Strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills, Understanding of CHEP’s business processes, Understanding of the Supply Chain, Strong collaboration and relationship building capabilities, Result oriented, goal aligned approach, Excellent use of MS Office. Languages: English
