The primary duties include order entry, dispatch of all surveillance and international service of process jobs, monitoring of assignments, and timely communication of status to clients.

Job Qualifications:

  • Extraordinary writing and communication skills
  • Ability to focus on detail and excellent pattern recognition
  • Strategic approach to problem solving
  • Ability to inspire performance in a team environment

Job Duties:

  • Allocate resources and collaborate to find solutions that resolve conflicting priorities
  • Craft important communications to independent contractors, agencies (national and international), and clients
  • Identifying viable client prospects from various sources, including directories, contact lists, databases, leads, internet resources, and personal networking
  • Receive, via email from the Investigation Services Coordinator, a new request for surveillance/field investigation to take place
  • Receive, primarily via email, the documents to be served and verify their timeliness and accuracy. Fill out and complete the documents that require it, such as a Summons capacity notice
  • Maintain proper communication with the field agent/agency regarding the progress of the surveillance/field investigation and provide any additional support if necessary, to have the request completed timely
  • Maintain high-level confidentiality with regards to all internal, external matters and other material as deemed necessary

Schedule/Location:

  • Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
  • In Office- Santa Ana, CA
