The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of plumbing design projects, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the plumbing engineering department, including staff supervision, resource allocation, and performance management.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams throughout the design and implementation of plumbing systems for commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities.

Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to define project requirements, develop design solutions, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

Oversee the preparation of plumbing design drawings, specifications, and calculations using industry-standard software and tools.

Conduct technical reviews, quality assurance checks, and code compliance evaluations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of project deliverables.

Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve project objectives and meet client expectations.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promote professional development, and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in plumbing engineering, including design and project management roles.

Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and standards, with expertise in plumbing design software such as AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, and Pipe sizing software.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proven track record of leading successful plumbing design projects, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality results within budget constraints.
