Responsibilities: Adheres to and encourages all safety protocol and promotes a safe work environment.Review and work with to ensure our internal SOP's meet the needed requirements of our ISO9001:2015/AS9100/AS1300 certificate.Review and work with each area to ensure internal SOP's are meeting the current requirements and updating as needed.Train to become an internal auditor.Identify areas needing additional training to support our SOP's.Work with the training coordinator to assist in training teams as required.Observe all company policies, rules and regulations including good housekeeping, safety and security.Perform other duties as required, assigned or directed. RequirementsRelationships and Roles:Maintains positive relationships with various departments in multiple facilities.Maintains superior customer service to both our internal and external customers. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Ability to lead and influence a team.Ability to maintain confidential information.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong working knowledge of ISO9001:2015/AS9100/AS1300 requirements.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.We are looking for people who are highly motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
