Job Summary: The Benefits Specialist will be responsible for managing and administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits.
  • Coordinate with benefits providers and vendors to resolve issues and ensure smooth operation of benefits programs.
  • Conduct benefits orientations and provide ongoing education to employees about available benefits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee benefits information.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new benefits programs and initiatives.
  • Prepare and distribute benefits-related communications and materials.
  • Analyze and report on benefits data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
