Creates reports within HR Systems as necessary by understanding business needs internal/external to HR Work with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and analytical goals Interpret people data analytics, including providing insight to turnover, engagement, exit interviews, and benefit data Analyzes data, identifies trends, and provide actionable recommendations for the business Ensures meaningful and actionable report output Interpret and communicate data to stakeholders Create and schedule delivery of standard reports to gain efficiencies Develops dashboards and other visual data management tools to easily communicate data and trends Create complex formulas and functions to automate data analysis and calculations Conduct quality audits to ensure data integrity and ease of reporting Conducts or assists with record audits and mandatory reports Promotes a data-driven culture Other job duties as assigned Qualifications

Two (2) or more years of previous experience in data analytics, preferably in Human Resource, Hospitality, Casino, or Gaming Previous experience building data visualizations and/or certification in data visualization Advanced Excel skills including formulas and functions Previous experience with HCMS software Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in, Business, Finance, Mathematics, or related fields preferred Previous experience in query report writing and ability to read and write in SQL preferred Ability to run, edit, and create macros preferred Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times Must be 21 years of age or older to apply Additional Information
