We are seeking a Quality Manager to work for an industry leading manufacturer in the Syracuse, NY area. This role will focus on Managing Quality Compliance for the site location.

Company Overview:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015)
  • Audit and stabilize quality tracking tools, perform root cause analysis, corrective actions, and error proof production processes.
  • Track and validate quality concepts
  • Support 3rd party audits
  • Create audit schedules and report findings
  • Mentor and develop quality team members on quality concepts and tools
  • Interface with customers on all quality issues

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
  • ISO 9001:2015 QMS knowledge
  • Strong skills in problem solving, root cause analysis, and providing solutions
  • Previous experience in Quality Compliance and Auditing within Manufacturing
