About the Role

The Sr. Strategic Customer Success Partner for GE Appliances is responsible for achieving client retention and satisfaction. This includes being Onsite with the client, providing support, reporting and KPIs associated with the client, and partnering with operations personnel to meet strategic initiatives and implement continuous improvement ideas.The Strategic Customer Success Partner is responsible for project management and is expected to utilize the strategic customer success playbooks to develop an account plan to meet both customer and Uber Freight objectives.

What the Candidate Will Do

  • Responsible for customer retention, growth and contract management with varying levels of complexity
  • Can work independently but will require some support from Leadership and peers
  • Solid communicator across all levels; conducts weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews, ideation sessions, and other client facing business meetings or virtual sessions as appropriate
  • Serve as primary liaison on behalf of assigned customer represented with Uber Freight departments and other job functions
  • Financial ownership and budgeting of customer revenue
  • Assist customer with freight cost forecasting and budgeting as appropriate
  • Responsible for driving initiatives with the client and internal teams to meet customer objectives
  • Maintain timely and accurate customer information in CRM tools
  • Interprets supply chain data to drive actionable insights and improvements
  • Travel to customer locations as needed, 10-30% of the time
Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • 3 years customer focused operations/logistics management experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Tools and other applications
  • Understanding basic project management concepts
  • Ability to build relationships at management level
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting supply chain data
