A growing healthcare company is seeking a motivated Service Coordinator Team Lead to oversee the Service Coordinator department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of Service Coordinators, ensuring they provide excellent patient care and maintain consistent communication with patients and caregivers via email, phone, and quarterly visitations. You will also ensure that all documentation is accurately managed and updated on a monthly basis, ensuring compliance across the team. Your leadership will be essential in driving the success and efficiency of the department.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead and manage the Service Coordinator team to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Ensure all team members maintain consistent communication with patients and caregivers through email, phone, and quarterly visits.
  • Oversee and manage compliance and documentation processes, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
  • Train and mentor Service Coordinators to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
Ideal Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure team productivity.
  • Experience in healthcare or patient services is preferred.


Salary: $60k - $75k/Year
