Our client, a leader in telecom, is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the Product Team. The ideal candidate will have great communication, a desire to grow their skills and work as a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Greenwood Village, CO / Hybrid
Pay Range: $60-$73/hr
Terms: C2H (Long-term contract to start)

What's the Job?

  • Design, develop, and implement complex reports and analytics + leverage various data and technology resources to augment analysis.
  • Use advanced data visualization techniques to provide a concise and compelling summary of analysis findings in reports and presentations.
  • Interact with various stakeholders to understand their business needs, communicate project status, and develop relationships to ensure satisfaction + provide ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions from stakeholder groups.
  • Be a partner within the group, supporting the development of insights, processes, and information that is valued by the business.
  • QA and validate new and existing reports and analytics for proper and efficient execution and adherence to business and technical requirements.
What's Needed?
  • Strong capabilities with SQL with expert level in at least one object-oriented language such as SCALA, Python or Spark.
  • In-depth skills with SQL, query performance tuning, and other database query tool
  • In-depth understanding of best design and implementation practices using OOP languages such as Scala, Python and/or Spark
  • Ability to work with raw data and large volumes of Big Data
  • Familiarity with AWS, Hadoop, Hive, Imply and Tableau
