Essential Functions:
- Loads and organizes case distribution carts according to established guidelines.
- Timely delivers cases to next production process upon completion of previous process.
- Timely distributes cases to and from designated distribution centers and Dental Technicians.
- Utilizes technician profile cards to effectively distribute cases based on technician skill level.
- Monitors case flow for rush cases; distributes rush cases with urgency to prevent production delays and ensure efficient workflow.
- Scans cases to update location tracking when cases are moved to different campus locations.
- Scans completed tasks into applicable system to credit Dental Technicians for work performed; fix reds and scan.
- Electronically assigns cases to Dental Technicians through DL Touch.
- Updates and utilizes GO Location Scan to keep track of cases location and status on production floor.
- Assists technicians with credit sheet discrepancies.
- Ensures route efficiency; understands product codes in all divisions.
- Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum six (6) months to one (1) year of experience working in a fast paced environment.
Pay Range: $17.00-17.00/hr
