Description

The Financial Analyst will support the financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes to enhance the decision-making capabilities of the organization. This role will involve working closely with various departments to analyze financial performance, assist in budgeting, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and cost management, to support operational and strategic decision-making.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and operational goals.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports, including monthly performance summaries, KPI dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses for management.

  • Data Management: Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and supply chain, to gather insights and support business initiatives.

  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to financial processes, reporting, and data management practices.

  • Ad Hoc Projects: Support special projects and initiatives, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and market research as needed.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or large corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
