  • Communicate effectively with suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues with delivered goods or services, including invoice discrepancies.
  • Assist in evaluating supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and pricing.
  • Prepare reports and analysis related to purchasing activities, including cost-saving opportunities and supplier performance metrics.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to procurement, purchasing, and vendor management.
  • Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory requirements affecting procurement practices.
  • Provide administrative support to the procurement team, such as filing documents, maintaining records, and organizing meetings.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years Purchasing and/or equivalent experience with Nutraceuticals, Pharmaceuticals, or Food & Beverage.
