Location: Metairie, LA 70002

Hours: Full-Time. Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Department: Administration

As a non-exempt, full-time Executive Receptionist at LAHealth Solutions, you will be the first point of contact for our partners,visitors, and staff. Your role is crucial in shaping the first impression ofour organization by creating a positive and welcoming environment. Thisposition goes beyond traditional receptionist responsibilities, focusing onproviding executive-level support to our administrative team.

We are seeking a dynamic individual who understands theimportance of a positive, courteous, and professional attitude in theworkplace. The ideal candidate possesses an excellent work ethic withexceptional organizational skills and can adapt to the fast-paced and evolvingnature of the healthcare industry.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

1. Front Desk Management:
•Greet and assist visitors with a warm andprofessional demeanor.
•Direct and coordinate incoming calls, ensuringprompt and accurate routing.
•Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

2. Executive Support:
•Provide administrative support for members ofthe Executive Team as needed.
•Manage conference room and executive calendarsto prepare for meetings in advance.
•Prepare and distribute correspondence on behalfof executives.

3. Communication:
•Handle inquiries and provide accurateinformation promptly.
•Effectively communicate with internal teams,external partners, and patients.
•Demonstrate excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.

4. Administrative Tasks:
•Manage office supplies and coordinatemaintenance of office equipment.
•Assist the administrative team with varioustasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
•Take the initiative in offering assistance ifthere's downtime.

5. Technology Proficiency:
•Utilize the latest office technology andcommunication tools.
•Maintain proficiency in software applicationsrelevant to receptionist and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent, some collegepreferred.
•Two or more years of experience in officeadministration or related fields is preferred.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
•Exceptional organizational and multitaskingabilities are a must.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skillsare a must.
•Ability to handle confidential information withdiscretion is a must.
