Client Services Success Associate
Stamford based growing technology company looking to fill an immediate position within the Client Services team. Excellent opportunity for growth in organization with tenure. Gain experience working with and securing relationships with the expanding non-profit client base served through the technology platform. Hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

Serves as initial point of contact for a variety of customer service/support issues via support ticket, phone & regular meetings
Works with Clients and colleagues to identify and solve accounting and system issues
Identifies product/process issues and/or trends that need improvement
Assists in support of software solutions provided to customer
Works with in-house development team to design and test new features, enhancements & bugs through the QA process
On-boarding of new Clients, data review, and training of Clients
Serves as initial point of contact for a variety of customer service/support issues and/or Edit User Guides for Clients for new features
Qualifications
A completed 4 year degree
Accounting/Finance experience
Articulate; client service oriented; comfortable interacting with high-level clients
Ability to develop relationships with clients; good interpersonal skills
Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize between high level projects
Team player with positive attitude that instinctively anticipates team needs and
Self-starter with excellent anticipation skills; problem solving; follow up
Strong interest in technology and familiarity with Jira &

SQL preferred
Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
