Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Rep to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Addison, TX.

Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Rep
Work Location: Addison, TX
Duration: Long-term contract
Hours: In office M-Thurs, Friday remote 8:30-5, with some OT

Job Description &

  • Temp will assist the following teams:
    • ssist the Housing and Registration Team for all Events
    • ssist the Incentives Team
  • They will be forward facing to ISF on the phones answering English and Spanish calls for registration (for all events), housing, and incentive trips as well as on-site during Seminar. As well as work cases in Service Cloud from Customer Success and ISF created cases.
  • This person answer calls, works cases/emails and responds to the Customer Success chat in Teams. The call volume, chats in Teams, and cases/emails in Service Cloud will be steady increase starting in April for Leadership, Career Conference, Seminar, NDE, ELE, Spring into the 60th, Legacy Weekend, Leadership and assisting the Incentive Team with phone calls regarding the trips.
  • When working cases, he/she researches questions from ISF by reaching out to other departments before responding to the cases. The goal is providing excellent customer service in both languages and to respond to emails and calls in a timely manner for registration, housing, and incentive trip calls/emails.
Responsibilities :
  • The customer service representative position is responsible for providing customer service assistance to English- and Spanish-speaking customers.
  • Makes the initial contact with a client and explains the services available.
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Processes customer orders and payments.
  • Maintains customer database: updates data and makes necessary changes.
  • Encourages customers to purchase additional products.
  • Determines/understands customers needs with strong objection/response handling.
  • Manages customer queries/complaints.
  • Competencies: Customer/Client Focus. Communication Proficiency. Teamwork Orientation. Technical Capacity. Supervisory Responsibility.
  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Skills & Qualifications :
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Innovative with attention to detail
  • Tech savvy with computer applications as well as mobile devices,
  • Candidate needs to be energetic, friendly, good personality
  • Good knowledge of TEAMS, Word, and Excel
  • Musty be detailed oriented, bilingual, engaged, well spoken
  • Hospitality or event planning background would be a plus
