  • Proactively inform clients of any delays, completions, or cancellations related to service requests
What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of one year in a clerical, customer service, or data entry role
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and the ability to work with web-based and text programs
  • Multitasking Mastery: Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Bonus Skills: Dispatching experience and a college degree (or equivalent) are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for direct interaction with customer accounts and sales team to perform product inquiries, order entry processing and control
  • Research issues and brings resolution to complex situations using sound judgment and excellent follow-through ability within established authority level and guidelines for customer service policy and procedure
