Enrollment Director:

The Enrollment Director is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and enroll prospective students. This role requires a dynamic, outgoing individual with a passion for education and the mission of Holy Name Catholic School. The Specialist will work closely with school leadership, faculty, and staff to achieve enrollment goals and ensure a smooth admissions process.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a good public relations program using every opportunity to educate the public about Catholic education and promote Holy Name school in area churches and community organizations.
  • Recruit and guide families through the admissions process with the goal of increasing enrollment
  • Organize and supervise the school's application process and recruitment program which includes but is not limited to Student Tours, Open Houses, and attendance at community recruitment events.
  • Assist families with various aspects of the enrollment process, including responding to questions, inputting information into the FACTS database and running regular reports
  • Track and analyze enrollment data and class data to identify trends and foster improvements
  • Preparing materials related to the recruitment and retention process: mailing, invitations, slide shows, videos, social media, etc.
  • Serves as a community liaison as an active and visible leader of the community at large.
  • Adheres to safety training and protocols on a daily basis and takes precautionary measures to ensure the safety and well-being of self, others.
  • Assist the principal on projects related to increasing enrollment
  • Supports the administrative needs of the principal and the organization
  • Maintains confidentiality regarding school matters
  • Develop content and campaigns for social media (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), email marketing, website, and all forms media publications.
  • Update and maintain the school website.
  • Develop and/or supervise on-campus activities for potential students recruitment such as gatherings, games, summer camps, and/or evening events.
  • Assists the principal with short- and long-term fundraising strategies.
  • Attends professional development training
  • Assist the Principal with collecting and maintaining data
  • Coordinate interviews, campus tours, and shadow days for prospective students.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries from prospective students and their families.
  • Foster strong connections with alumni and leverage their networks for recruitment purposes.
  • Collaborate with administration to create engaging recruitment materials, including brochures, social media content, and website updates.
  • Supports school administration with family communication, news, and announcements
  • Assist the principal with annual updates to campus handbooks
  • Fosters and promotes collegiality and team building
  • Supports and upholds the philosophy of Catholic education and the mission of the school
  • Acts as a witness to Gospel values by modeling the teachings of the Catholic Church
  • Supports and adheres to the policies and procedures of the school and Archdiocese of San Antonio, including the Religious Standards for Catholic School Employees

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Background in Social Media, Communication, and Administration strongly recommended
  • Managerial and interpersonal skills and a desire to help people
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Bilingual Preferred
Minimum Knowledge and Skills:
  • Knowledge of assigned tasks
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, work well independently and on a team;
  • Must have good written and verbal skills.
  • May be required to work some weekends and nights.
  • Required to work a minimum a full school day
  • Must have good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
