Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance role. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certification is a plus. Experience working with NetSuite is a plus. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
