About The Role

Are you an administrative assistant or administrative support specialist looking for new opportunities? Do you have strong Excel skills, experience with scheduling, and supporting a small staff? Altasciences is a QA Coordinator that will be responsible for tracking data and report deliverables to/from the department, as well as working with other departments in regard to timing of deliverables. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Supervisor, the QA Coordinator will be based at Altasciences' Auxvasse, MO site. This position is responsible for administrative support, specifically assistance in the in-take, routing, and distribution of audit materials; maintenance and archival of paper and electronic files pertaining to audit activities; scheduling meetings and taking/maintaining meeting minutes. This position will also be responsible for assisting with tracking and trending resource allocation and capacity management. Functions include supporting the QA department for scheduling, organization, document support, training, internal and external audits, and regulatory inspections.

What You'll Do Here

•Track, organize, and schedule QA department deliverables and audits/inspections

•Work with other departments in regard to timing of data/report deliverables

•Support the QA department with document processing and management

•Scan and file records and documents for QA department use

•Assist with maintenance of QA department documents (training records, Master Schedule, etc.).

•Archive QA documents

•Assist with quality audits (internal and external) and regulatory inspections

•Provide cross-functional support within QA department, as assigned

•Ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver tasks and projects with a sense of urgency under minimal supervision without neglecting attention to detail

What You'll Need to Succeed

•Associate degree or bachelor's degree in scientific field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

•Previous experience in a regulated laboratory environment preferred.

•Previous experience providing project management support in a regulated laboratory environment preferred.

•Good communication, detail oriented, well organized, customer service focused, able to work in fast-paced environment.

•Ability to utilize software tools for project management and scheduling
