We are looking for a skilled CNC machine operator to join our laminated panels team. As a machine operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of press machines, such as hydraulic, mechanical, or pneumatic presses. You will also ensure the quality of the products and follow safety procedures. To be a successful CNC machine operator, you should have previous experience in operating CNC machines, good mechanical and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work under pressure. You should also be able to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and instructions. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Adjust the machine settings, such as pressure, speed, and temperature, according to the specifications and quality standards.Load and unload the materials onto the machine, using hoists, cranes, or other lifting devices.Read and interpret basic blueprints, specifications, and instructions to determine the type, size, and shape of the materials to be processed.Monitor the machine operation and inspect the finished products for defects, such as cracks, burrs, or warping.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the machine, such as lubricating, cleaning, and replacing worn parts.Follow safety rules and regulations, such as wearing protective equipment, reporting accidents, and disposing of waste properly.
