Role Description

This is a contract role for an OCM Consultant at ClinDCast. As an OCM Consultant, you will be responsible for providing support in the implementation of Interoperability solutions, Data Conversion, Interface development, and EHR & LIS Integrations. This is a hybrid role located in Baltimore, MD, with flexibility for some remote work.

Responsibilities:

•Accountable for strategizing and executing organizational transformations in communication infrastructure. Will create and deliver strategies and plans to help employees maximize the adoption of new technology service delivery framework and EHR.

•Oversees the planning and execution of communication channels setup.

•Manages and supervises the local communication networks and associated tools (e.g., bridges, routers, etc.).

•Develops both short and long-term strategies to align communication systems with organizational needs.

•Spearheads the design and integration of communication networks, ensuring seamless connectivity through various technologies.

•Analyzes hardware and software solutions to evaluate their compatibility and performance within the current organizational framework.

Prepares comprehensive assessments and vendor equipment evaluations.

•Generates network monitoring/performance reports for LAN/WAN utilization studies, providing insights into system efficiency.

•Recommends enhancements and modifications to optimize system reliability and efficiency.

•The Organizational Change Manager, Network Infrastructure maintains a broad understanding of project activities assigned to them and processes to apply a structured organizational change management (OCM) or technology service delivery approach and methodology for the impact to personnel.

•Deliver recommended actions to improve and optimize technology service delivery using industry best practices and proven technology service delivery framework.

•Conduct survey assessment to identify potential risk.

•Develop a tailored strategy, training, and project plan.

•Facilitate focus groups to discuss bottlenecks hindering infrastructure and or information technology service delivery process improvements and establish a mitigation plan.

•Analyze client LANs/WANs, isolate source of problems, and recommend reconfiguration and implementation of new network hardware to increase performance.

•Provide transitional support by focusing on change stabilization and optimizing results to ensure long-term success.

•Utilize interactive dashboards and reports to visualize and trend technology metrics.

•Identify potential personnel risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.

•Understand the client's organization and change management issues, explain the factors involved, and shape organizational solutions to deliver value to the client.

Compensation: $60.00 per hour
