They help identify key performance factors, develop sourcing pools and establish process efficiencies.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:We are looking for a T alent Acquisition Administrative Assistant to join our HR team.****New Grads interested in a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources encouraged to apply.****This position is Full-Time | Hourly | Full Benefits | Onsite 5 Days a week in our San Diego Corporate OfficePay Range for this position wage range is: $20-$22 an hour.WHY YOU ARE THE PERFECT FIT:Talent Acquisition Administrative Duties:Maintain communication with active candidates during the hiring process to ensure continued interest and to address and anticipate issues.Proactively create applicant pools and talent pipelines by posting job ads through job boards, social media, state employment agencies, trade schools, professional associations, and employee referral programs.Ensure pre-employment screenings are completed promptly and accurately.Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.Track and document financial data for the departmentEnsure positive candidate experiences from the initial application to the final on-boarding process.Update and maintain trackers and reports, such as the applicant tracking system data and reports, along with other related administrative responsibilities.Schedules and organizes interviewsAssists with recruiting campaigns and outreachAll other duties as assignedRelationship BuildingDevelop and maintain strong relationships with hiring teams to understand the business and staffing need and become a true talent partner to the organization.Work quickly to address and resolve internal and external customer needs.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesBachelors Degree strongly preferred.Bilingual / Spanish / English strongly preferred1 year experience in human resources as an administrative assistant or equivalent.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.Advanced knowledge of Excel.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to build strong relationships.Ability to maintain a strong sense of urgency.Ability to handle confidential information with great sensitivity.Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives.Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilityStrong skills in interpersonal communication, writing and organizationWHY YOU WANT TO WORK HERE:CONAM Management Corporation is an experienced, full service real estate and property management firm which has been in the business for over 40 years.
