We are looking to grow our team with an Office Manager

Responsibilities:

What Will I do?

  • Calculating and processing employee bonuses and commissions
  • Process financing for plumbing and hvac customers
  • General payroll support
  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office.
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, manage outgoing mail.
  • Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented
    appropriately.
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group
    meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports.
  • Work directly with the Human Resources Manager for all office and HR needs
  • Nurture a positive working environment.


Qualifications:

Do I Have What it Takes?

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred not required.
  • Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable experience preferred.
  • 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role.
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience with Service Titan or a CRM system preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
  • Must be a self-starter and driven.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • People oriented and results driven.
