Ihre Aufgaben

Zentrales Design und Festlegung unserer Infrastrukturstandards aller Standorte in Europa Administration der Internet- und Webgateways (DSL, VPN, MPLS, SD-WAN) Koordinierung von geeigneten Maßnahmen zur Risikobehandlung für die eingesetzte IT sowie Protokollanalysen Aktive Unterstützung des Second-Level-Support Mitarbeit in IT-relevanten Projekten Unterstützung beim Mobile Device Management Planung, Beratung, Beschaffung, Entsorgung von IT-Hardware (Lifecycle-Management) Benutzertrainings vorbereiten und durchführen Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker oder ähnlich, sowie Erfahrungen im oben beschriebenen Aufgabenbereich eines produzierenden Unternehmens bilden die Basis Ihres fachlichen Knowhows. Zertifizierungen von CISCO und Microsoft wünschenswert Erweiterte und bereits mehrfach angewendete Kenntnisse bei der Planung von Sicherheit, VLANs und der Produktauswahl von Infrastruktur Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit den MS Office Produkten und Office 365 Fundierte Kenntnisse in Client- und Serverumgebungen (Microsoft, Linux, Apple) Hohe Problemlösungs- und Serviceorientierung Erfahrung mit mindestens einem Ticketsystem Erfahrung in der Netzwerk- und Infrastrukturplanung Kommunikationsfähigkeit Teamfähigkeit Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch (C2) + Englisch (B2) Warum wir?
