Business Analyst/Product Owner
The Business Analyst & Product Owner will function as a bridge between IT and Business sectors, with a focus on comprehending and transforming business processes into system/software requirements and designs that align with the needs of the Operations teams. Moreover, this role will assume the responsibility of being the Product Owner for the HCSS suite of applications, which includes HeavyJob, Equipment 360, Safety, Forms, Skills, and HeavyBid, involving business and system administration tasks.

Semi-monthly Payroll
Salary ranges from $75,000 to $105,000 annually, depending on experience.

What is Required?
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software implementation, with a focus on business analysis, requirement and design documentation, project management, and product management.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
Preferred certifications: PMP, CBAP, and/or PSCO.
Experience with the HCSS product suite including HeavyJob, HeavyBid, HCSS Credentials, and E360 preferred
Willingness to travel as needed to support multiple operating units nationwide, up to 25%.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel, MS Visio, and MS Project.
Ability to pass a Pre-Employment drug screen and criminal background check.
